"On this our 3rd trip to New York City using NYCVP, the precision with which the major events are organized and carried out is impressive (as an aside, booking other special events via NYCVP to enjoy the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade [great viewing above the street, and fed two meals like there is no tomorrow], and the July 4th Fireworks extravaganza [from a large ship on the river right under the spectacle with ample food and drink for all!] is definitely the way to go. For the New Years Eve Time Square Ball Drop Gala, SHOUT-OUT to Joel and Barry whose planning and beforehand information came off with military precision. Incredible view of Time Square from one side of the building, and excellent views of the post-midnight fireworks show from above Central Park. Open bar with everything one could think of, fine appetizers and the dinner meal was nicely laid out and the desserts not to be missed. Would estimate that there was about 150 people attending this event and the size was just right. Very good DJ, ample room for dancing for those who can still shake it. Incredible viewing of Times Square and the Ball Drop from both the 22nd and 23rd floors of the Convene Center. The NYPD began preparing the streets and check-points allowing access to the "Times Square" area and viewing at about 4:00 pm, yet NYCVP''s instructions for navigating the check-points were on the mark. Many representatives from NYCVP were present as well, and for those who have had the pleasure of working with some the staff in booking other events, a SHOUT-OUT also to Jennifer and Bethany, who help in booking and getting information out could not have been any more professional from the start, and effortless with all the knowledge and insight that comes with top-notch trip planners."
